Paid Time Off

Team Members & Shift Managers must be with the company 1 year and average 30+ hours for the year to qualify for vacation and insurance.

  • TM – 1x average hours; example: average 32 hours = 32 vacation hours; not to exceed 40 hours
  • SM – 2 x average hours; example: average 32 hours = 64 vacation hours; not to exceed 80 hours

Assistants, General Managers, and Above Restaurant Leaders start earning vacation from day 1, and become insurance eligible the first of the month after 60 days in position.
