Open Enrollment is Coming: October 26 – November 8, 2026

It’s time to review your benefits and prepare for the upcoming plan year! Celebration Restaurant Group’s 2027 Open Enrollment begins October 26, giving eligible employees the opportunity to review available benefits, explore new programs, and select coverage for December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027.

Important: You Must Re-Enroll!

All currently enrolled employees must actively re-enroll to keep their benefits. If you do not complete your elections by Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., your existing coverage will end November 30, 2026.

What’s New for 2027?

This year’s benefits include new programs and resources designed to support your health and well-being. Highlights include the Healing Together Fund, which may help eligible employees facing serious medical conditions or high-cost medications, new migraine support through Hinge Health, and additional emotional wellness resources, including Insight Timer and Calm Health.

The Benefits Guide also outlines your medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other available benefits, along with plan rates and coverage details.

Don’t Miss Your Annual Physical Incentive!

Employees enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare medical plan must complete their annual physical by March 4, 2027, to maintain their discounted medical rates. Routine wellness visits are covered at 100% under the medical plans. Employees who do not complete their physical by the deadline will see their bi-weekly deductions increase by $50 beginning in April 2027.

How to Enroll

Beginning October 26, log in to UltiPro Employee Self Service, the same system you use to access pay statements and update personal information. Review your available benefits, make your selections, and submit your elections before the deadline.
