Important Changes Coming

We’re pleased to share that we will soon be introducing changes to our 401(k) plan fund lineup designed to help you save more effectively for retirement. These updates include significantly lower-cost investment options that provide the same or similar investment objectives as the current funds.

What’s changing:

  • We are replacing several existing funds with new, lower-cost alternatives.
  • These changes are intended to reduce overall plan expenses while maintaining a high-quality selection of investment choices.

What you need to do:
You do not need to take any action. Your current investment elections and balances will automatically transfer to the new funds that most closely match your existing investment objectives.

When this will happen:
The changes will take effect on or around December 5th, 2025. You’ll see the new fund lineup reflected in your account after that date.

We encourage you to review the updated fund lineup and related details in the attached notice. If you’d like to make changes to your investment elections after the transition, you may do so at any time through your website access.

401(k) is available to everyone after 60 days of employment.

Contribution Match

CRG matches 50% of your contributions up to 4% of your salary! **based on contribution.

To participate, you must be 20.5 years of age and with the company for 6 months!
