401(k) is available to everyone after 60 days of employment.

Contribution Match

CRG matches 50% of your contributions up to 4% of your salary! **based on contribution.

To participate, you must be 20.5 years of age and with the company for 6 months!

Use our account: 6-16610 to set up your account

• If there are issues with your log in, please call 800-986-3343, Monday through Friday, 7a.m. – 7 p.m. CT
• Choose your investment or go with the default investment based on your age (contact our representative support, Kim Jardine if you have questions).
• Be sure to name a beneficiary
